Heritage Park Classes
Please bring Free Weights, a Yoga mat (medium to thick), water and a towel to class. It is suggested that Men bring 10-20lb free weights to class depending on fitness level. It is suggested that women bring 5-15lb free weights to class depending on fitness level. I will provide any additional equipment needed for class. Heritage park classes are geared toward using free weights, various fitness equipment and the enviroment for your workout.
Strands Beach Classes
Please bring water, a jump rope and a towel to class. Strands Beach classes are geared toward using body weight and the environment for your workout.
