Whether your goal is to lose weight, heal an injury or compete in a sporting event, I will develop a customized program to help you achieve a level of fitness you've never experienced before. My personal training program combines education, support and coaching with an exercise program that is customized, consistent and effective.

Group Fitness Classes at Heritage Park in Dana Point. Men and Women are welcome.

I have created a class to provide a outdoor group exercise experience that is less expensive than Personal Training, but MORE PERSONAL than the typical group fitness class!

Bring a yoga mat, a towel, water and free weights. Women should start with 5lb free weights and Men start with 10lb free weights.
