5:15am   Wednesday and Fridays July 14- Aug 6th :

6:30am   Saturdays starting July 31-August 28th:
(5 WEEK TRAIL RUNNING PROGRAM)

8:00am   Monday, Wednesday and Fridays on going ;

*****7am Tuesday and Thursday ENDURANCE PROGRAM is being Designed and will be launched in a couple of weeks.  This is a new and exciting class that will be held at Dana Point beaches and Parks, utilizing the hills, stairs, sand and beautiful trails for an amazing workout and endurance training.  This program is NO JOKE!  Inquire by email if you are interested!

Note****we meet at the TOP of the park.  If your Navigation takes you down to the bottom of the park you will have a hard time finding our group.

Going South through Dana Point, Turn RIGHT on Violet Lantern, Left on Camino Capistrano and you will Run into Heritage Park.
